Mary Kubak

Mary Kubak, longtime Cape Coral resident, has joined her beloved family in heavenly peace.

Originally from New Jersey, Mary was part of the WWII workforce building planes.  Always a hard worker, she enjoyed early retirement with her husband, Joseph.  They joined their daughter, Carole Sharo (Michael) and grandsons Gregory (Kim) and Bradley(Karen) for many wonderful years of family events.

Mary loved traveling, beach time, Bingo and gardening.  Her yard was a showplace where she spent most of the day. Her favorite travels included a cross-country car trip, tours of Hawaii, cruises and Las Vegas.

Mary was a beacon of light and love to all who knew her.  Kindness, compassion, encouragement and generosity were her trademarks.  She showered her family with unending praise and support in all endeavors, and they loved her deeply in return.  She will never be replaced or forgotten.

A funeral Mass at St. Andrew Catholic Church will be announced later.
