Our family is so grateful to Ken Luff and all the folks at Fuller Metz for making our funeral and burial arrangements so seamless. My parents are buried at Arlington and Covid caused my Mother’s burial to have considerable delays. Ken was so gracious and helpful in every aspect of the funeral and burial. He enabled us to be worry-free at this painful time in our lives. I feel as if my Mother’s body was handled with the utmost care. I found Fuller Metz to be an excellent organization to work with. I've worked with a lot of organizations and have learned the difference between good and Excellent, and this organization was excellent. From our first call from Ken until today, all their staff especially Susan E. Sardinha Funeral Director were very informative, helpful, compassionate and continued to communicate with us through each stage of the process. I do understand that they're in the type of business that warrants this level of service. However, I felt as though they truly went above and beyond!

Our mother passed away in a nursing home and it was our first time having a family member cremated and dealing with a death during these hard times with covid. Fuller Metz was outstanding in handling all the matters and making the matter less stressful for our family. We were able to have a beautiful viewing with our beloved mother. The staff were all very professional. I would highly recommend Fuller Metz and would use their services again if needed in the future. Thank you Fuller Metz.

I cannot thank the Fuller-Metz funeral family enough for their prompt caring response when my son suddenly died 2 years ago. I am so grateful for the ongoing comfort of being able to look back at the condolences left by friends and family. I often look back to read these messages and light a candle myself. We recently lost my sister and we were totally unprepared and had no funeral arrangements. We called Fullermetz on the same day of her imminent passing and Susan was so wonderful, understanding and compassionate. I felt that she and her team made the whole process so smooth and worry free in a time when we needed exactly that to be able to cope with the pain. The viewing and the help with taking the body for mass was all perfectly handled. I have to mention David as well. He showed genuine care and compassion.
We obviously do not wish for anyone to have to go thru this painful time but the reality is that we need to prepare. FullerMetz will be the Funeral Home that I would highly recommend for the caring service they provide. We are forever grateful for their help.

Bud and I played hundreds of rounds! Some Sundays we would play 54 holes! three different courses.
